1.Accuracy grades
High Accuracy (IT 7)：Small internal diameter tolerance, uniform gap with the piston, strong sealing, suitable for high-pressure hydraulic systems (such as aerospace servo cylinders), can reduce leakage, improve power output. Low Accuracy (IT 9)：Larger tolerances, which can lead to poor fit, oil leakage or vibration, are only suitable for low-pressure scenarios (such as agricultural machinery oil cylinders).

2.Surface Roughness Low Ra (≤0.8μm): smooth surface, low coefficient of friction, corrosion resistance, suitable for high-cleanliness or high-frequency motion scenarios (such as medical equipment, food machinery). High Ra （≥1.6μm）：The surface is rough and easy to wear, suitable for ordinary industrial environments (such as construction machinery oil cylinders).

Selection recommendations High Voltage High Frequency Condition：Priority is given to high accuracy (IT7 grade, Ra≤0.4μm) to ensure sealing and lifetime. Economical requirements: Medium to low accuracy (IT8-IT9 grade, Ra 1.6μm) can meet conventional loads. Special environments: corrosion or high cleanliness scenarios require corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel) with low roughness surfaces. The accuracy level needs to balance performance and cost to avoid excessive pursuit of high accuracy leading to waste, or insufficient accuracy leading to failure.
